FAQs

How do you work with clients all over the world?
Today's technology allows us to work from anywhere and effectively communicate via online meetings and email. At A-Tech, we can accomodate meeting times that work for our clients. Data can be sent securely via email and even fittings can be conducted remotely.
Does our company need to have AccuMark software?
AccuMark software is not a requirement for our clients. We have worked with many clients who have other CAD systems and most data flows seamlessly between the different types of systems. We also have set up companies using our software until they are ready to purchase a system of their own.
What if we work with different contractors?
We can help you customize your data for each contractor you work with and their requirements. Whether contractors request different seam allowances, or they prefer different types of marker output, we can accomodate their needs.
What are your fees?
Our fees vary depending on the type of project and whether travel is required. Many years of experience allows us to work very efficiently so our hourly rate is offset by the amount of time it takes us to complete the tasks required.
